Postage rates effective 22 January 2023
The version 4.00 release of the program has old rates. You will need to update the program with these new rates.

You can download the latest Admin database file that has the current rate
Copy the Admin database file to the directory where your program is located. (C:/QSL Bureau Accounting)
Here are the rates effective 22 January 2023 also the suggested shipping method.
There are thickness and uniformity of thickness restrictions.
The service charge is 10 cents plus 10 cents per ounce for the first 10 ounces

Packages over 10 oz must be processed through the post office or the USPS web where you need to declare that the package does not contain any restricted materials.
* Not to exceed .25 inch thickness - when more than about 12 cards, load the cards in 2 even stacks keeping a uniform thickness. Package must stay flexible.

*** The Priority Rate small box is $10.20. The regular 12 1/2 x 9 1/2
Priority Flat Rate envelope is $9.65
The envelope works better for shipping cards. The padded Flat Rate envelope also works well.
Postcards are $0.48
First Class 1 oz Airmail to DX - $1.45
